Yeongdo Ssi is a salmon restaurant in Gwangju that serves salmon hoe, salmon sushi, and grilled salmon. The raw salmon is aged and served with a tender texture rather than a fishy taste, and grilled mero or seasoned grilled salmon is sometimes provided as a service.
