Unam Hoegwan

Unam Hoegwan is a beef restaurant in Unam-dong, Gwangju. Its chadolbagi gujeolpan grills meat, vegetables, and kimchi on a large griddle, served with kijogae. Staff cook everything from start to finish and steam gyeranjjim in the center of the griddle. After the main course, doenjang sulbap or doenjang juk can be boiled on the same griddle to finish the meal.
