Tsubame

Tsubame is a small Japanese restaurant in an alley in Dongmyeong-dong, Gwangju. It serves sushi and tendon made to order, and also sells udon and naeng somyeon. On weekday lunchtimes there is a wait unless you arrive at opening. The space is cramped, and some seats make ordering inconvenient.
