Syun

Syun is a restaurant in Gwangju. Its owner, who is from Jeolla-do, studied Japanese cuisine in Seoul before serving dishes shaped by a personal philosophy. The owner approaches guests directly and provides complimentary side dishes. The food is neatly presented and gives diners the impression of having eaten well.
