Solbat Sotbap is a restaurant in Dongmyeong-dong, Gwangju, serving Japanese-style sotbap. It plates wagyu sotbap, cockle sotbap, and domi gwanja sotbap on wooden trays, with sauce served separately for the wagyu. Customers write their name on the waiting list at the entrance and order in advance, so food comes out relatively quickly, and payment is cash only. The seating is limited, so at lunch the wait can run around 20 minutes.
