Seomjingang Daseulgi Sujebi

Seomjingang Dasulgi Sujebi is in Ssangchon-dong, Gwangju. It serves dasulgi sujebi and dasulgi tang, boiled with buchu and cheongyang gochu for a spicy broth. After the restaurant appeared on YouTube channels by Hong Seok-cheon and chef Lee Won-il, customer numbers grew and walk-ins without a reservation became difficult. The sujebi portions are small and the seating area is narrow.
