Sansu Bunsik

Sansu Bunsik is a snack shop inside Sansu Market in Gwangju. Its signature dish is sangchu twigim, vegetables fried in batter and eaten wrapped in lettuce, and it also sells other snacks. The shop has been around long enough to have regulars who have been coming for nearly 20 years, and it gives out generous portions of lettuce. The space is small and not particularly clean.
