Sanjjome

Sanjjome is a ramen shop in the Sangmu district of Gwangju. Its karai buta men comes with thinly sliced samgyeopsal seasoned sweet and spicy, and it has a charred, smoky flavor. On weekday lunchtimes there can be a wait, but the tables turn over quickly. The shop is small and mostly has two-person tables, so it is hard to seat a large group.
