Samhui Sikdang

Samhee Sikdang is a nakji restaurant in Gwangju's Dong-gu district. Its signature dish is bulnak bokkeum, a stir-fried octopus and beef dish, and the seasoning is ladled out and boiled first, then added to taste. The restaurant has carried on a decades-long tradition and is large, with banquet seating. Adding all of the seasoning makes the dish taste salty rather than spicy.
