Omi Ttukbaegi in Jang-dong, Gwangju is a pork bulgogi restaurant run for 40 years by one grandmother, serving only charcoal-grilled pork jeyuk bokkeum. The red marinade is not spicy and tastes soy-sauce based, and it comes with house doenjang and side dishes. Food is brought out to match the number of people seated, and after eating you can order bokkeum bap fried in the pan. The burner and table cleanliness are lacking.
