Mudeungsan Saenggogi

Mudeungsan Saenggogi is in the Sangmu district of Gwangju, near the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center. It serves raw beef and cuts for grilling, and seonji guk made with congealed blood and rear cuts in a clear broth comes out as a side dish. The raw beef is chewy without being tough, and the zucchini stew contains soft meat. The tteokguk served at the end of the meal is poor.
