Mudeung Bunsik Sangchu Twigim

Mudeung Bunsik Sangchu Twigim is an old snack shop in Buk-gu, Gwangju. Its signature dish is sangchu twigim, squid and vegetable fritters wrapped in lettuce and dipped in soy sauce, and it also serves tteokbokki, gimbap, ramyeon and assorted fritters. The shop is small, and the fritters are fried in advance and reheated when ordered. Fritters sit uncovered on a roadside display rack, which leaves the hygiene lacking.
