Kuma is a Japanese restaurant in Seo-gu, Gwangju. It serves a Japanese home-style course that includes Nagasaki champon, soy-marinated shrimp, and fried shrimp. The basic appetizers are takowasa and fried wasabi such as gui-kui, and the soy-marinated shrimp are prepared in-house. The set meal is disappointing relative to its composition.
