Jeongurim Gukbap

Jeongurim Gukbap in Cheomdan, Gwangju serves gukbap in a clear broth with a generous amount of offal. It also serves ampong gukbap. The tender meat is dipped lightly in salted shrimp before eating. Neither the broth nor the meat has a distinctive odor.
