Jeongwon is a restaurant in Gwangju’s Gusi-cheong area serving set meals centered on hoe (raw fish) and seafood. Seasonal dishes are served as a course with raw fish, crab, shellfish, grilled abalone, and samgyetang. The restaurant has operated in Gwangju’s old downtown since the former city hall period. It frequently fills all its seats, so reservations are needed and visiting without one is difficult.
