Jeilbanjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Gwangju that has been open for more than 60 years, located in Geumnamno 5-ga. Its signature dish, Jeiljjajang, is an old-style jjajang with large pieces of sweet potato and meat, served with the sauce and noodles separately so they can be mixed together. A public parking lot next to the restaurant is available, and gunmandu are served one piece per person. The jjamppong and jjajang are on the salty side, so eating them leaves your mouth dry and makes you drink a lot of water.
