Janggane Saengtaetang

Janggane Saengtaetang is a saengtaetang restaurant in the food alley of Yongbong-dong, Gwangju. It serves Hanwoo nakji tangtang-i, which diners wrap with seaweed, cheese, and cucumber, then mix bibim gonggi into the remaining tangtang-i. While the basic anju is being eaten, the main anju is prepared quickly, and gyeranjjim, jeyuk, and fish jjim come out as side dishes. The hanwoo yukhoe dishes are on the higher end of the price range.
