Issine Pujutgan

Isine Pujutgan is a meat restaurant in Gwangju. It serves saeng galbi, whole pork collar, and whole pork belly, eaten with myeongi namul and fresh wasabi. When an order comes in, the owner cuts the meat by hand, and grills the first order of meat. After the meat, hong jjamppong or baek jjamppong can be ordered next.
