Hwangsolchon Chungjang

Hwangsolchon Chungjang is a pork galbi restaurant in Chungjang-ro, Gwangju. It grills yangnyeom and garlic pork galbi over charcoal and also serves galbitang and jaengban naengmyeon. The meat is cooked on a distinctive grill plate, and the charcoal is changed frequently. The restaurant has a break time starting at 3:30 p.m., bulsari can only be added if the yangnyeom is ordered, and the taste is divisive.
