Hwanggyesanjang

Hwanggyesanjang is a hwangchil baeksuk restaurant in Gwangju. It serves duck baeksuk and chicken dishes made with hwangchil, using a thick hwangchil broth. Traces of an old mountain foot and hwangchil and ott trees remain in the city center. Chon dak and dak bokkeumtang are also on the menu.
