Hanwoochon is a beef restaurant in Ssangchon-dong, Gwangju. Diners eat raw beef first, then grill cuts such as sachi-sal or galbi-sal. The dining room fills up in the evening and the raw beef can run out, so an early arrival is needed. The room is loud, which makes conversation with companions difficult.
