Hansol Galbi

Hansol Galbi is a hanjeongsik restaurant in Yongbong-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju. Its signature dish, mulgalbi, is rib marinated in a sweet soy-based sauce and served on the bone, with rice stir-fried in the remaining sauce after the meat is eaten. There are fewer than ten floor-seated tables, so groups need to reserve in advance. The restaurant is old and on the small side.
