Gwansan Chik Naengmyeon

Gwansan Chik Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in a back alley behind the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education. It serves only Gwansan naengmyeon and a double portion, with chewy arrowroot noodles in a cool, spicy broth. A line forms around noon, and customers order at a prepayment counter before carrying their food and side dishes themselves. The side dishes are limited to mul kimchi or yeolmu kimchi.
