Gabose

Gabo Se is a Korean restaurant in Buk-gu, Gwangju, serving jeyuk ssambap and bossam ssambap, where pork and namul are wrapped in ssam. More than ten kinds of namul come out by default along with mackerel aged kimchi jorim and cheonggukjang, and barley rice and cheonggukjang are given one per person. The banchan are seasoned on the salty side, so they are meant to be eaten with the ssam. The restaurant is located on Unyong-ro 95beon-gil in Buk-gu, Gwangju.
