Eunhye Mandu

Eunhye Mandu is a dumpling shop in an alley near Gwangju Station, serving handmade mandu and jjolmyeon. The gunmandu are fried until crisp while keeping a soft texture, and the jjolmyeon balances noodles with cabbage and bean sprouts. Every dumpling is folded by hand, and the mandu-guk comes with plenty of thin rice cakes. The shop has a break time from 14:00 to 16:00, so visits are cut off during those hours.
