Dong-Gug

Dongguk is a pork gukbap restaurant in Gwangju's Dong-gu district. It serves gukbap with thinly sliced pork and an aroma oil bubble floating on top, along with soy sauce dombe-gogi. The storefront is not visible from the street, so you have to go looking for it. The broth is clean and deep without any gamey smell, and the meat is sliced thin, so it offers little chew.
