Dokkaebi Maeul

Dokaebi Maeul in Buk-gu, Gwangju serves mackerel braised with aged kimchi. Wrap the mackerel and kimchi in dried seaweed, with side dishes and self-serve sikhye. The restaurant opens early and has a parking lot, but parking is difficult at 12:45 p.m. The aged kimchi has a stronger sour taste than a deep flavor.
