Dawon

Dawon is a rice-meal restaurant in Yongbong-dong, Gwangju. Its signature dishes are gochujang samgyeopsal, aehobak jjigae, and kongnamul daepae bokkeum. The restaurant uses domestic pork, and after eating the seasoned samgyeopsal, you can fry gonggitbap in the pan to make bokkeumbap. Yeolmu bibim noodles are a summer specialty, so they may not be available depending on the season.
