Daesoyang

Daesoyang is a gopchang restaurant in Sangmu 1-dong, Gwangju. It serves modum gopchang gui and gopchang jeongol, and the gui is pre-grilled and finished by staff at the table. The jeongol arrives already boiled, so only the vegetables need cooking, and bokkeum bap is available after the meal. The gopchang gui portion is on the small side.
