Baekgane

Baekgane is a saengtae-tang restaurant in Hwajeong-dong, Gwangju. Its main dishes are saengtae-tang and al-tang, and the saengtae-tang is boiled with a whole saengtae fish in it. Parking is available at the government office across the street, and the ori-jeongol must be reserved in advance. The side dishes are on the sparse side.
