Baekbujang Hanwoo Chadoljip

Baekbujang Hanwoo Chadoljip is a Hanwoo chadol restaurant near the Ssangchon-dong food alley in Gwangju. It grills same-day-slaughtered raw Hanwoo chadol with sukju and kimchi, and serves it as samhap with added scallop and shiitake mushroom. Gomguk or Hanwoo sagol-tang comes out by default, and chadol ramyeon and yukhoe bibimbap can also be ordered. In the evening the large hall fills up and there can be a wait.
