Moso

Moso is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Unam-dong, Gwangju. Diners boil 1++ Hanwoo beef with vegetables, mushrooms, fish cake skewers, and kalguksu noodles, and the broth can be refilled. The al shrimp and minari jeon is pan-fried crisp with a generous amount of shrimp, and abalone rice and kimchi buchimgae are also sold.
