Salted Meringue

Salted Meringue is a cake cafe next to Seoseok Church in Dongmyeong-dong, Gwangju. It makes fig, peach, and chocolate fresh cream strawberry cakes, and its macarons are less sweet than those elsewhere. Macarons can be seen being made on one side of the cafe, and the cakes sometimes sell out by early evening. The coffee leaves a bitter taste at the end.
