Nongsung Square

Nongseong Plaza is a park in front of Nongseong Station in Gwangju. It holds the May 18 Historic Monument and a statue of Jukbong Kim Taewon, along with exercise equipment and a fragrance garden. Reaching it requires taking an elevator or stairs up from the subway station, and it has a pavilion, water facilities, and bicycle racks. Because it sits in the middle of a road, noise levels are high.
