Hyeon Simya Sikdang

Hyeonsim Yasikdang is an izakaya serving nabe and anju in Gunja near Achasan Station in Seoul. Its signature cream udon nabe is finished as a risotto after the noodles are eaten, and gotgam cheese mari is also served. The place stays open until dawn and is used for drinking at night, with hot nabe as the draw. Haemul tomato nabe comes with pasta noodles, and pyogo beoseot wanja twigim has a crisp outside and a moist inside.
