Haru

Haru is an izakaya near Gunja Station in Seoul that serves aged hoe and yakitori skewers. The mixed sashimi includes sea bream, mackerel, salmon, monkfish liver, sweet shrimp, and conch, and shimesaba and fried oysters are also available to order. On Saturdays the wait runs about 40 minutes, and entry is through on-site registration or a Tableling app reservation. Weekday evenings also draw a wait, so a reservation is needed.
