Onseoljae

Onseoljae is a cafe in Millak-dong, Busan, serving coffee and milk bingsu. The milk bingsu comes topped with red bean, injeolmi rice cake, and dried persimmon, and there is also a watermelon-filled siltarae bingsu. The milk ice is shaved thin as thread, melts softly, and is not heavily sweetened. In a quiet interior, Korean desserts including dango rice cake are also served.
