Preskecha is a cafeteria in Busan that serves Italian focaccia sandwiches and brunch near Gwangalli Beach. Its signature items are the truffle mushroom focaccia sandwich, fig jambon beurre, and pistachio mortadella. The focaccia and hams such as jambon and prosciutto are made in-house from scratch. Flat white, non-alcoholic mojito, and blackberry ade are also available to order.
