Mido Jeongyuk Sikdang is a butcher shop and restaurant near Nakseongdae Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, where customers choose beef or pork. After buying meat at the butcher counter, diners pay a table setup fee and grill the meat themselves in the dining rooms upstairs or downstairs. The second floor uses charcoal, and because it fills up on many days, a phone reservation is required. Heat control is difficult, and the grill does not sufficiently support the quality of the meat.
