Seoradang is a cafe in Seoul that sells rice-based desserts and gluten-free bread. It serves egg tarts, fruit cakes, rice pudding, Basque cheesecake, financiers, and scones. The rice-based gluten-free desserts have a different texture, and there are several kinds of financiers and cheesecakes. The wait is long, and without arriving at opening it is hard to buy as much as you want.
