Suljuyu

Suljuyu is a fusion anju bar in Nakseongdae, Seoul. It serves dishes such as whole-garlic pork collar gui alongside cocktails. The open kitchen lets cooking smoke into the room, and the back door is opened to ventilate. That ventilation keeps the interior cold.
