Star So Gopchang

Starso Gopchang is a restaurant in Seoul serving Korean beef gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine). Its daechang is unusually large, and its gopchang is one of its defining dishes. The restaurant buys and cooks the ingredients for that day's service on the same day. It may close early when ingredients run out, so check before visiting; late visits can make it difficult to order a meal.
