Sogchoga

Sokchoga is a restaurant in Seoul that serves kodari jjim as its single menu item. The kodari has firm flesh, and the seasoning is sweet and spicy. The bibim makguksu was considered better than the dongchimi makguksu, and its seasoning is light rather than strong. It currently sells only kodari jjim, without makguksu.
