Obong Geupraeng Samgyeopsal

Obonggeumnang Samgyeopsal sits in an alley near Guui Station in Seoul and grills quick-frozen samgyeopsal over charcoal. The pork belly is wrapped with minari and served alongside mixed jjigae, bibimmyeon, and gatkimchi. The space is a converted detached house, and at lunch a full Korean table is served. In the evening, samgyeopsal is grilled as well.
