Milmadang Bajirak Kalguksu

Milmadang Bajirak Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Seoul that serves bajirak kalguksu and kongguksu. The broth with clams is light and cool, the noodles come soft or chewy, and geotjeori kimchi and meat dumplings are served alongside. Regulars have been coming for 20 years, and families with children and solo diners also eat here. The noodles are thick and on the firm side.
