Mechakucha Gwangjang is a Japanese restaurant near Gangbyeon Station in Guui-dong, Seoul, serving donkatsu and memil guksu. The donkatsu is moist rather than greasy, and the hire katsu and kimchi nabe set meals come with it. At lunchtime a crowd gathers, so arriving late means a wait, but food comes out quickly and tables turn over fast. The naeng memil is packed with ice and is cold enough to make your teeth ache.
