Jinsol Hanwoo Gopchang

Jinsol Hanu Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant near Guui Station in Seoul that grills gopchang, daechang, and makchang. The gopchang is thick with filling and is served with mung bean sprouts and beef tripe, along with bokkeumbap and chive pickles. The owner runs a butcher shop in Majang-dong and prepares the grilled intestines himself, and parking is available for about four to five cars. The makchang is tough and greasy.
