Haengbogi Gadeukhan Jip

Haengbogiga Gadeughan Jip is a home-style restaurant in Jayang Market serving jeyuk deopbap, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and jjigae. It makes all of its kimchi and side dishes in-house, uses ground seoritae for kongguksu, and lets diners choose kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) or somyeon for bibim noodles. The restaurant has three or four tables and is often visited by solo diners and regular older customers. The food has a noticeable seasoning-enhancer taste.
