Its menu centers on onion soup, coq au vin saffron risotto, and fresh pasta with ragù, seasoned lightly. Orders come with bread and soup before the meal, and the drinks can be swapped for an ade. On weekend evenings, guests must order one of wine, beer, or a beverage.
