KING LEE

Kingri is a bar in Guui, Seoul, serving several kinds of soju, makgeolli, and traditional liquor. It offers anju that bring out the ingredients, including haemul jjim, ossuk jeon, seuji jeongol, and monkfish liver hoe, which is served on bugak. The owner runs it alone, and the small space suits conversation, with anju that can be paired with whisky. Portions of the anju are not large.
